Overnight Blueberry Oats

You will need:
1 cup greek style yoghurt ( I use Kefir Greek Style yoghurt)
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup fresh blueberries, plus an extra handful for topping
1tspn vanilla
1tspn maple syrup
1cup rolled oats
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tspns cinnamon
2 tablespoons chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts
In a blender mix together yoghurt, milk, blueberries, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.
Pour into a bowl with oats and chia seeds and mix thoroughly with a spoon.
Divide the mixture evenly between two jars. Top each with 1 tspn cinnamon dusted evenly over the top. Add chopped nuts and extra blueberries. Cover with the lid. Refridgerate for at least two hours or overnight. Enjoy straight form the fridge!
