This initial consultation will take up to 1 and 1/2 hours.  We will discuss your concerns, go through detailed questioning regarding all of your body's systems, discuss any relevant medical history, medication and supplements.  We will also discuss your diet, lifestyle, any stressors and your environment.  With this information I will develop a personalised plan for you, which may involve research, checking interactions, writing referral letters, creating and delivering your plan which may include recommendations for specific foods and nutrients to focus on, meals and recipes, herbs, supplements and lifestyle changes. I will recommend any further tests which will give insight and guide future recommendations. Included is also an additional 15 minute telephone review one week following your consultation.

This follow up appointment will take 30 minutes. During this appointment we will discuss progress since the last appointment, adjust and make additions to the recommendations in your plan accordingly.  This may involve research, checking interactions, writing referral letters, creating and delivering your revised plan.

During this appointment we will discuss progress since the last appointment, adjusting and making additions to the recommendations in your plan accordingly. This may involve reviewing and interpreting test results, research, checking interactions, writing referral letters, creating and delivering your revised plan. 

This is one of the most popular choices for examining hormone imbalance at a deep level.   The DUTCH Plus Complete + CAR is an at home urine test where you collect urine samples at 3 points in a day.  This can tell you how hormones are behaving in your body, including oestrogen:progesterone ratios, how oestrogen is metabolised, androgen levels, testosterone, DHEA, cortisol and more. It includes a simple saliva swab test collected at 3 points after waking to look at your Cortisol Awakening Response (CAR).  This is a comprehensive test looking at hormone balance, cortisol response, markers for neuroinflammation and oxidative stress as well as markers for B vitamins, glutathione and dopamine. The test can either be taken first and results brought to the initial consultation or the initial consultation can be undertaken first and results discussed at follow up. A 60 minute follow appointment in also included at a time that is right for you, which we discuss from the time of booking.
